I offer qualified, high-quality, focussed attention to help people work out what they want to want to do next in their career. If this is something you have started to think about, I can help you clarify where you might want to go and how you might get there.
If you’d like to work with me, there are two options. If you want to focus on clarifying your sense of career identity and general sense of career direction, the Career Design Starter package may be all you need or alternatively you may want to go straight for the full programme that additionally works through ideation, research and transition techniques.

Basic Computer
একটি "বেসিক কম্পিউটার" বলতে সাধারণত একটি সাধারণ এবং মৌলিক কম্পিউটিং ডিভাইস বোঝায় যেটি প্রয়োজনীয় কাজগুলি সম্পাদন করতে পারে কিন্তু আধুনিক কম্পিউটারের কিছু উন্নত ক্ষমতার অভাব থাকতে পারে।
Basic To Advance
বেসিক টু অ্যাডভান্স" বলতে সাধারণত জ্ঞান বা দক্ষতার মৌলিক বা প্রাথমিক স্তর থেকে আরও উন্নত বা বিশেষজ্ঞ স্তরে অগ্রগতি বা যাত্রা বোঝায়। এই অগ্রগতি শিক্ষা, প্রশিক্ষণ বা ব্যক্তিগত উন্নয়ন সহ বিভিন্ন ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
Photoshop Expart

How does it work?
Full coaching programmes usually span three months (six meetings with supported task assignments between sessions followed by a review meeting) but this can be condensed or expanded to accommodate your circumstances and preferred working pace.
The career design starter can be done over two weeks.
Ongoing appointments might focus on specific areas such as generating more ideas or challenging limiting assumptions and are individually booked.
You will reflect, explore and assess what you want from your working life, which of your strengths you would like to offer and the ways in which this could happen, addressing any limiting assumptions along the way.
My purpose is to be your career design thinking partner, to provide time, space and a structure for you to think things through. I will ask considered questions and provide a supported thinking environment to enable you to produce your best thinking.
